E-Learning Courses

I began designing e-learning courses during my tenure with the Food and Nutrition Technical Assistance Project (FANTA).

I served as the coordinator and producer of Nutrition: An Introduction, an e-learning course designed for the Global Health e-Learning Center. I also advised the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Food Security and FANTA’s Guatemala office on the process of and best practices for designing e-learning courses.

I absolutely love the challenge of creating e-learning courses—it’s a unique balance of conveying technical content in an extremely concise and simple manner, while ensuring that learners are able to absorb and benefit from the information.
